The Behind the Stage Crew Roster Template is a structured, pre built spreadsheet designed to manage crews, shifts, and labour costs across complex live events.

You add your own roles, crew members, pay rates, and shift details. Based on the start and finish times and breaks you enter, the template automatically calculates daily costs per crew member, including overtime. If you apply a client markup, the sheet can calculate that as well, giving you clear visibility of both internal and client facing costs.

The template includes formulas that handle the calculations in the background. Grey cells contain these formulas and should not be overwritten. The default template logic is based on Australian working regulations, but the structure can be adapted if different regulations apply.
